Affirmations are positive words that you can speak and repeat, attracting positive energy and directing it towards yourself. Lately I have been repeating affirmations each night before I fall asleep, directed towards my sleeping habits.
Sleeping is so important, and having an inconsistent sleeping pattern can drain your energy. I am someone who has had their fair Share of troubles with sleeping. I wake up constantly in the night, I have terrible nightmares, and all of my anxieties that I'm able to put away during the day show themselves in my dreams. Sometimes it got to the point where I was afraid to go to sleep, because I didn't want to face my dreams.
But since I've been using sleep affirmations, my sleeping habits have gotten so much better. I have been sleeping through the night, and my dreams have been calm. I have also been praying every night, which is something else that I find comfort in.
